Savor the gifts


Do you get the winter blues? Regular readers will know I do.


Have you received/Will you receive small Christmas gifts from a variety of people? I have already received edible treats, wine, hand cream, lottery tickets and more.


Could you use a pick-me-up in January? I sure could (and in February and March too!)


Could you save a few of your gifts to enjoy in January when you need a boost? I am super-excited about this idea. I started a small drawer with mine, and just knowing they're there gives me a boost of happiness. Something to enjoy on a winter day when I need a smile!


Setting aside some of the physical gifts received will also help me focus on the most important gifts - family, friends, faith and good health.
